I know everyone says get a beater for winter but that's out of the question for me. Anyway these things are great!! After pulling out of the dealer I was immediately struck by how quiet these things are and how much smoother my ride is. I quickly went to a parking lot that was fairly snow covered with a hill in the back. I had no problems getting up the snow covered hill, the rear end never even got loose and accerlating on the snow covered lot is awesome these tires don't even feel like there slipping. I was also able to back up my driveway quite easily,previously I could barely get up a 1/4 before I came to a halt. I plan on putting 160 pounds of salt in the back so that should help a lot too. The only drawback is that they are extremely ugly on the car but in 2 1/2 months it will be spring and my Yoke AVS intermediates will be back on. I hope this post will help any winter Z'rs
